Technical, compassionate and integrated care
I am a clinical oncologist, with practice focused on the care of patients with breast cancer and gynecologic cancers, including ovarian, endometrial, cervical, vulvar and vaginal cancer.
I believe every treatment decision must take into account not only the characteristics of the tumor, but also the history, priorities and quality of life of each person.
That is why I work to translate complex information clearly, build shared decisions and closely follow every stage of care.
My background includes observational experience in Gynecologic Oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, participation in scientific discussions, and work on projects in medical education and the advancement of gynecologic oncology.
I currently serve as Communications Director of the Brazilian Group of Gynecologic Tumors (EVA) and as a member of the Women's Leadership Committee of the Brazilian Society of Clinical Oncology (SBOC).
My commitment is to provide care that is current, responsible and supportive, working closely with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, geneticists and other professionals involved in cancer treatment.
